Prevost Wins Big With "RADIO" Album!
The 30th annual Saskatchewan Country Music Association Awards took place over the weekend and Codie Prevost’s album “RADIO” was named 2019 SCMA “Album Of The Year”. This is Prevost’s 5th studio album and this award marks his 28th SCMA Award throughout Prevost’s career.
“RADIO” was produced by award-winning producers Jeff Johnson and Jesse Weiman and recorded at various locations throughout Canada and the USA.
“The album“RADIO” is a true representation of where I'm at as an artist. I was fortunate to be surrounded by an incredible team of people that supported my vision to build these songs from the ground up. I thank Rawlco 10K20 project and Creative Saskatchewan for their support. This wouldn’t be possible without the help of all these amazing people and associations.” says Prevost.
Prevost accompanied by lap steel player Todd Peters had the honour of performing a song off the “RADIO” album entitled “Old Clock Radio” on the awards show.
